· If the order is to be delivered within Lebanon, we offer an exchange within 24 hours of delivery but do not offer a refund.
· If the order is delivered internationally, we neither offer an exchange nor a refund.
· We are not responsible for carrier loss or misplacement of the package on property premises after the item(s) have left MAM.
· Shipping hours: orders are shipped between 9 am-4 pm Beirut time Monday-Friday.
· $4 flat fee for domestic shipping within Lebanon. The processing time for orders is two (2) to four (4) business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Please keep in mind that during holidays or launch days, this time may vary.
· We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences (weather), air/ground transportation strikes, or delays due to the Aramex/DHL mail system.
· We are also not responsible for carrier loss or misplacement of packages on property premises after the item(s) have left MAM.
· We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery within Lebanon.
